Glass pearls -Glassy Ball, Grinding glass beads- are bubble-free glass grinding beads especially recommended for wet grinding applications in the low to medium viscosity range. Glass pearls made from soda-potash glass are widely used as a homogenization and grinding medium in the so-called inert filling of pearl mills and the mixing and homogenization of suspensions in paint manufacture. Grinding beads are produced mainly form crystal glass with higher abrasion resistance.
